HPN Global Hires Paul Miller as Regional Vice President

Scottsdale, Ariz. (Jan. 9, 2011)…Hospitality Performance Network Global (HPNG), the world’s most global site selection and meeting procurement company, announced today the hiring of California based meeting executive Paul Miller as Regional Vice President.

“Paul has been very successful at representing high-profile cities and prominent hotels by taking an active role in partnering with and on behalf of his clients and constituents,” said Bill Kilburg, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, HPN Global. “We’re looking forward to having him on board. He has been a respected supplier partner and leader within associations and corporate-based convention markets.”

As Regional Vice President, Paul will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with organizations throughout the United States. Additionally, he will recruit and train new associates, expanding HPN’s presence throughout the United States with primary focus on Northern California.

Prior to joining HPN Global, Paul spent the past 14 years with Convention & Visitors Bureaus in San Francisco, Nashville and most recently Sacramento. While serving as Director of Sales & Services at the Sacramento CVB, he oversaw a team of nine people and helped the team exceed their goals of room night production and customer service.

Additional meetings industry experience includes positions with Palace Hotel and ANA/Le Meridien Hotel in San Francisco, Hyatt Lisle Hotel in Chicago and the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando.

Paul has served in several volunteer roles with the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), where he will soon be receiving it the “Outstanding Service” Award by the Greater Midwest Chapter and served as that chapter’s President in 2008. He has also been active in the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and Meeting Professionals International (MPI).
